for) just the sections of the data product which you desire. These sections
are as follows:
► Company Summary
The Company Summary provides important information on a business without
going into the detail. An overview of key information about the company
including, where available; failure and delinquency scores, maximum credit
recommendation, average days beyond terms for trade payment and the D&B
Rating. Also summaries of financial information, public and legal filings,
ownership and subsidiaries and basic demographic information.
► Identification

► Corporate Linkage
Expanded corporate linkage allows you to more easily view and assess risk

Corporate linkage is the relationship between different companies within
a corporate family. Linkage occurs in the D&B database when one business
entity controls another business entity because it has financial or legal
responsibility for another business, creating a Headquarters / Branch
or Parent/Subsidiary relationship.
The information in this section is updated from D&Bs global linkage database
daily and reflects mergers, acquisitions, openings and closings. For additional
details on recent events, please review the Special Events and History
and Operations sections
► Predictive Scores
To more effectively mitigate risk, use D&B Predictive Scores to assess
a company’s future outlook. By calculating the likelihood of business
success or failure, you’ll make faster, more consistent decisions.
Where available this will include the delinquency and failure scores and
D&B Rating. Also comparisons with businesses in the same industry and
the historical trend.
