Prerequisites
Before you begin there are some prerequisites,
such as having a D&B Subscriber ID, a user ID and password for access.
There is a general service called modifyPassword that allows
you to change your password for accessing the service at any time.

Find a Business
One of the first things you’ll need to do is to
identify a business and obtain a D-U-N-S®
number, the D-U-N-S number being the primary key to D&B’s company universe
and the route to a wealth of information. This is done via the findBusiness
service

Order a Product
Once you have a D-U-N-S Number you can then go onto ordering either
a Data Product, Financial Data Product,
Report Product or
Company Documents using either the getModularProduct, getProduct
or getDocumentOrder services.
